Need Form to Quit Paying Union Dues

Several co-workers have decided the dues increase is too much coming the same time as the freeze and would like to cancel their membership. Please mail me a copy of the form needed to opt out and the CORRECT month and day the form is due. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm really shocked that the Union has failed to respond to my request for an SF-1188 Cancellation of Payroll Deductions for Labor Organization Dues. I eventually found it but am surprised the union would try to FORCE me to contnue paying dues by putting timelines and limits on my request and by failing to respond to my request for the form. Others are as frustrated as I am. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
