Yes, Yes, You're welcome to use it for now. I will give up all rights to the form once my dues have been cancelled. I am sending a copy of my SF-1188 to my Congressman (Merkley), one to ASC, and one to Jim DeMint and Tim Scott. I made every effort to cancel my dues last year. Perhaps it will happen this year. You may even keep last years dues as long as my dues for this year are discontinued in early September. I am going to be sending several copies here and there so folks know I'm serious this time. If you'd like to help ensure that my dues will be discontinued, I will even remove myself from this site.
