Any idiot can create an allotment in their Employee Personal Page. The dues still automatically come out but HR (ASC) won't need to try to answer all the union questions about siging up and cancelling dues. NFFE can simply give their bank routing number to an employee and the employee puts it into the system. No more worries, the money automatically gets sent, and there ya' go...Oh, well, darn, I guess that means they can stop paying dues anytime they want. We can't give them that choice! It's a really bad idea. Never mind. Allotments will never work.
